During the repair process, you are able to view everything that goes on, and you're also able to control the mouse and keyboard. If at any time you feel that you'd like to disconnect from our service, please let your technician know or simply close the remote client applet that will be running on your computer. Once disconnected, we GUARANTEE that we cannot reconnect to your computer without your permission. No technician will, at ANY time during the repair process, look at any of your personal or private information unless you specifically request them to do so.
